Perfect Pecan Place

Great place! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet so if you're looking for these qualities, then this is the place for you. I traveled to Hot Springs with my fiance for work and we enjoyed our time staying at this property. Our host is a very friendly and hospitable person. She's always available to answer questions and make sure everything is going well with tenants. The apartment is stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom which I was very impressed with. To our host S, thank you for having us as tenants.

S not only is a great host but she also goes out of her way to make sure you are safe and comfortable! I reached out to S to come look at the place with My husband and she was willing to show me the place the next day! We walked around the unit, which is awesome! The inside has a samsung split AC/Heater. The AC works great! And the heater was perfect on those cool crisp mornings. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, a few Tupperware containers, mixing bowls, and a baking sheet pan. She also had plates, cups and silverware and cooking utensils. She has a coffee maker with kcups stocked and even made me a cute basket that had some kitchen staples and sugar! You can tell she takes pride in that place! She has extra towels and bedding if you need it! There is a washer and dryer down the stairs in the garage area. The house is in the perfect spot! I worked at NPMC and it took me maybe 10 min to get there! There apt is right by a trailhead also! Hope you enjoy it! I did!
