Amazing and reliable place

I had the privilege of staying here for a year as a student at the UA and could not have asked for a better landlord or experience. K is very responsive and was always there whenever I needed anything. The place itself is in great shape and provides you with everything you need-- outdoor automatic lighting, private gate and parking, in-unit filtered water system, outdoor BBQ pit, and more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a reliable place and landlord. 10000/10!!

I was recently on a travel contract in Tucson and this place had everything that I needed and more. Everyone on site was super friendly and welcoming. The landlord was extremely responsive and was receptive to any and all feedback. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Excellent! Wonderful and responsive hosts, throughout our entire stay. A few notes: * Stays cold in day/night with the multiple AC units, a big bonus for Arizona summers. * Convenient neighborhood. * Comfy bed + couch. * CLEAN!! * Lots of storage space. * Good kitchen setup. * Great hot water & its filtered! + I was worried about the shared washer/dryer situation but we never had to wait to do our laundry. Very convenient! And they work great! Would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Stay in Tucson

My pup and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This place has everything you will need. The landlord is quick and responsive to any issues/ concerns. I had an issue with the gate and it was fixed within the hour of me notifying the landlord. Prime/safe location as well, just minutes from festivities and most medical offices. 10/10 would recommend.

Enjoyed my stay here! It had everything I needed! Only thing I would suggest is having a toaster for one of the appliances! K was very responsive and accommodating! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable, Reliable, Central Location

This is a very well done recently renovated property. The pictures 100% accurately represent the new furnishings and appliances. The landlord K is very easy to communicate with and continued working on improving the property during my stay there. There was a minor issue with the water temp when I first got there, but it was immediately addressed and resolved. The strongest positives of the property are the spacious kitchen with everything needed as well as brand new laundry machines not in, but just steps from the apartment. The biggest negative is the tiny bathroom (which is very accurately represented in the photos and is lovely, but small). The property is fenced adding a layer of security, and for me was in a perfect location as I needed to be centrally located between multiple facilities. The TV/ internet were great, I was always comfortable and felt safe. Also, as an added touch K includes starter hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and shampooo/body wash.

Wonderful long-term stay with kind landlords

I stayed at this property for about 9 months and couldn't have asked for a more accommodating, well-maintained, convenient location in Tucson. It is in one of the safest neighborhoods in town. Within a 5 minute walk, you can reach Whole Foods, Starbucks, and even fitness studios such as F45, Desert Cycling, and a yoga studio. There are also several bus stops within walking distance for easy commute, great restaurants across one of the main roads, a historic cinema, and so much culture that Tucson has to provide. During my stay there was an upgrade of the water filtration system, and even a whole new washer/dryer set that the landlords kindly provided for the residents. The landlords were so consistent in their upkeep of the property and checked in to see everything was okay, from the pest control, air filter changes, and any other maintenance requests I had. They are extremely communicative and welcoming! I was very lucky to stay here and would recommend their property in a heartbeat.

Loved this apartment! Quiet & spacious! Perfect location, 10 min from downtown, 10 min from TMC, & close to anything else you need. Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything I needed. The landlord is AMAZING, he is very attentive and on top of things. I only had one maintenance issue & the landlord had a maintenance team to my place within 24hr & it was fixed/replaced! 10/10 recommend! I would stay again!

Great Place

This property is great for a single person or couple, but make sure to travel light, as it is a studio apartment. It had everything I needed, is in a great location to explore Tucson, and property owner was always readily available if something needed attention. Would highly recommend.
