Comfortable and Cozy!

This cozy studio was an amazing place to call home! The space is well thought out and there is plenty of room. S and D were kind and accommodating hosts. I had everything I needed! Great neighborhood and location. Highly recommend!

Urban Retreat Turned Productivity Paradise!

Found this gem while my home was being rented out, and what a blessing in disguise! The peaceful atmosphere helped me accomplish 6 months worth of work in just 2 months - truly incredible! It turned what could have been a challenging transition into an incredibly productive and peaceful experience. Thank you for providing such a wonderful temporary home!

Cozy and friendly stay

The cottage was cozy and had everything I needed to make myself at home. The electric fireplace created a nice ambiance in the space. There was a lot of storage in the large utility/closet area. The location is in a nice walkable neighborhood that felt safe and secure. S and her husband made me feel more than welcome and made sure I had everythingI needed. S made the wholeprocess of booking, getting keys, etc. easy which is welcomed when traveling and making arrangements. Great hosts and a great stay.

Great little place!

This little cottage is a great place to stay. Super quiet, fully stocked for whatever you could need, if you find something it doesnt have the owner is very open to getting it, good location to restaurants, and other things. The look of this place is amazing (Im truthfully gonna steal some ideas for my future man cave). I would definitely stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Outstanding Experience

This one of a kind cozy place has everything you need and more. I had a wonderful experience from the great hospitality to the peaceful serenity. You will definitely feel at home here and is well worth the price. This is a place that I would rent over and over again, if available on my next assignments in San Diego.

I absolutely LOVED my time here! The landlords, the location, and the amenities could not be more perfect for a nurse/professional. The place is stocked with everything you could need (or will be if you ask- I asked for an iron and they bought one that day). The cottage is arranged in a way that maximizes furniture/storage while also feeling open and spacious. I loved having my own washer and dryer and tons of storage in the back room. I spent my time off cooking in the kitchen, watching sunsets at the nearby park, and exploring the beautiful SD beaches! I loved how friendly the landlords were, they made me feel like family! Would 10/10 recommend choosing this place for your stay! :)

AMAZING! Well thought out, has everything you need, PLUS MORE! My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in this Beach Cottage. Complete with a King Size Bed, and large closet space, there is plenty of room for us! Every section of this home is well thought out and has many restock supplies for the kitchen and bathroom! Having your own washer and dryer was a plus too! Were very friendly and always made sure we had what we need or if there is anything we thought might be added to the home to better our stay. Very thoughtful people! We would definitely be coming back if we could!
