Beach Family

I only stayed here for one month due to having some previous living arrangements already set in place. I fell in love with the place and nearly cancelled my next place because of how much I enjoyed living here. The location is amazing and bikeable and walkable to many great places nearby. This wasn't even the best part, however. Lindsay, Brad, and Kandit became like family to me and I really enjoyed the great memories I shared with them. I can not recommend this place enough. I've been doing furnished finders for quite some time due to travel nursing all over the US, and this is by far the best experience I have had. Cheers

Dope people dope spot!

Stayed here for about 8 months. Lovee the location! I had the basement bedroom and was chillin almost the whole time. Shared bathroom between 3 people which wasn't an issues. Gym in the garage so didn't really need a gym membership was able to store my surfboards when I lived here in the garage! Lindsay and Brad were dope people to live with. Able to answer all my questions and recs, shout out chef Kandit too! If I were to do another contract I would 10000% come back here. few minute walk to the beach and to the hospital I biked. Vibes up all around! Amenities were super solid too!

Wonderful location, amenities, and hosts

This was an absolutely wonderful place to spend the summer, and the hosts, Lindsay and Brad, were the kindest and most welcoming. The location is a quick walk to the beach and has multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Has great amenities including a garage gym, outdoor patio, washer/dryer, and parking.

Beachside Bliss with the Best Hosts Ever!

I absolutely loved my time living with Brad and Lindsay. Their condo is spotless, beautifully maintained, and stylishly decorated. The garage gym is a huge bonus, and the kitchenwow, its a dream! The location couldnt be more perfect. Just one block from the beach and the Redondo Pier, I truly felt like I was in paradise. It's also very convenient for healthcare professionals; I worked at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, which was less than a 10-minute drive away. Everything you needgrocery stores, gyms, restaurantsis within a 5-minute radius. As for Brad and Lindsay, you couldnt ask for better hosts or roommates. They were incredibly accommodating, respectful, and welcoming. In fact, they quickly became great friends. (Bonus: Lindsay is a fantastic cookie bakerfair warning!) Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. If this listing is available, dont hesitate. Run, dont walk!

Amazing place to stay!

This was my first experience with furnished finders and it was amazing. The room and the rest of the house are very clean, basically exactly like the photos. Lindsay and her housemates are extremely welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The location is unmatched and parking is very easy. I would 100% recommended this place to anyone!

Best Location

You can't beat the location of this place, close to beach, very safe neighborhood and accessible to almost everything, as a night shift nurse the room set up had let me maximize my rest, room has black out blinds and the whole place is generally quiet. This house got everything you need to make your stay comfortable, really clean as seen in pictures and to top it off, laid back roommates. Will definitely comeback in the future :)

Best Room to Rent

This beach house is amazing, from the location to the cleanliness. The hosts are so inviting and allow you to use the common space as you please. My favorite spot was the outdoor patio where I was able to enjoy my morning coffee and the at home GYM!! I lucked out with this living here! If you need a room to rent I would highly recommend staying here and its close to so many hospitals in the area!

Quiet and nice neighborhood, friendly housemates

I stayed here for 3.5 months earlier this year. First of all, the housemates and owners are very inviting and friendly. Always accommodating as well. The bedroom is cozy and right next to the bathroom. The best part about this space is that it is only 2 blocks from the beach/Redondo Pier. I would walk down there almost every day, which was only a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is very safe and pet friendly. There is a Ralphs, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes all close by. Highly recommend this property!

Awesome location and landlord

Can't beat the location. 3 mins walk to the beach. Multiple restaurants to choose from within a walking distance. The landlord was super nice and helpful (quick to respond to any problems/needs). Can't forget about the home gym in the garage, big plus. Would highly recommend!
