Very quite, clean and safe complex. Walk out your front door to BLM land for hiking or biking, cross-country skiing on the many trails which you have to choose from. Barton Memorial Hospital is 2-3 miles away. Marina is a short jaunt across the street. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the covered balcony overlooking the pool and BLM land.

Cozy Home Away From Home
This place is perfect for traveling medical staff. Trails, biking and beaches all super close and a national forest as your neighbor. Quiet unit on 2nd floor with its own covered parking (a plus in the winter months). The pool is a perfect addition in the summer months. 5 min drive from Barton. The owner has been nothing but great and is always just a call away. Would recommend staying here and looking forward to coming back to visit! Side note: If here during the summer months it can get a little warm, so I would recommend bringing a fan (most of Tahoe doesn't have a/c) or like me getting a portable a/c. :)

great place!
I loved this place! It was right on the edge of the Tahoe national forest. Bike riding and hiking just out side the front door. This unit was very clean and comfortable and quiet.
