Cute, clean, and in a great location
Very nice little condo within walking distance to old town Scottsdale, with endless dining and shopping opportunities. The air conditioner is superb and w/d work perfectly. Balcony is nice, never receiving direct sun, so sitting outside on the hottest days is tolerable. Kitchen very well stocked too. Complex is clean but basic, same with the pools - clean but basic, nice for sunbathing. Not a complaint, but be aware that the mattress is extremely soft, so a supportive topper might be necessary if you have back problems like I do. Landlord was very responsive to all my inquiries.
