Perfect!

I could not be happier with my stay here. E made me feel super safe and at ease when he first met me to show me everything. The space is the perfect size for a single traveller and I love that it is a small and easily accessible building. The building is very well maintained, quiet and safe, but also in a great and very fun neighborhood. It is also just about the easiest commute to the med center that you can find in Houston. The apt itself is modern and decluttered. E left many things for me to make the move in easier, like trash bags, cleaning products, etc. I also felt very safe at this place and I knew I could call E if there was a problem at all or if I needed anything. I loved my time here and I would definitely stay again if I make my way back to Houston.

You will be hard pressed to find a rental in Houston as charming, well-appointed, and conveniently located as this one! In a beautiful neighborhood, close to medical center for a quick drive to work or there is a bus stop one block away that you can take right into the heart of TMC. The neighbors in the building are respectful, no loud noises or parties. The landlord is amazing to work work and available when you need him should an issue arise (though I doubt it be the case.) Ive stayed in 5 different rentals in Houston, and this will be my first choice if I ever find myself back in Houston again!
