Great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay!! The neighborhood is gorgeous and in such a walkable area, lots of bars, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance. Sylvia is an excellent host with a fantastic attitude towards people new to Long Beach (and California in general!) and is such an expert in all things fun in the surrounding area. Couldn't recommend enough!

Great and gracious hosts with charming and cozy accommodations.

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment that was perfect for me and my family (wife and our 2 fur babies) while on assignment with Torrance Memorial Home Health. S and her sons, W and M , were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home from the moment we pulled into their driveway. The apartment was suitable for my wife, who works remotely, with dependable internet service (only failed her once and that was due to the squirrels chewing on the power line that serviced the property). Our fur babies enjoyed their daily neighborhood walks and weekend outings to the dog beach. Aside from an occasional issue with finding parking close to the apartment, we had no real issues to complain about. The apartment is one of four, set in an historic house within walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. Can't wait to get another assignment in Torrance and hopefully stay at this delightful place again. Thank you S, W, and M!!

Low Cost Whole Package Deal

Quick to respond to any questions, highly accommodating and inherently good people - The landlord and her family are truly wonderful and inspiring human beings. They work diligently to provide their clients with a private and personalized experience - at a very reasonable and competitive rate. For the more lonely or outgoing travelers, they also offer a strong sense of community - they will treat you like family. As people who frequently travel to this region we are keenly aware of what your dollar generally yields per square foot - you'll be hard pressed to find a unit larger than this, at this price point. Super quiet neighborhood in a big big city, after exploring much of the LBC it doesn't get much better then this portion of Molino. Walking distance from the hip 4th street, even on your work days you'll have enough time to squeeze in a mini adventure. Parks everywhere - our favorite is Bixby on Sundays and Tuesdays for the farmers market - save some money and shop local!

Great stay!

I loved my stay at S's so much I extended twice! She was super accommodating and helpful thought my stay and the apt has everything you need. The location is perfect in a cute, walkable neighborhood that has everything you need - you could easily walk or bike where you need to go. I worked remotely there and never had an issue with the internet, the bed was super comfy and it was great having laundry on site (with the added plus of hanging with her cute dogs). It was an all around joy and I hope to be back next time in in Long Beach!

Perfect rental

This was the perfect rental in an EXCELLENT location. Walking distance to 4th street shops, restaurants, coffee lounges, and wine bars. The property manager was wonderful. She was always so accommodating and great with communication. The unit itself is so unique, quaint, and cozy! We very much enjoyed our time at Molina Ave!

Nice apartment

Renting here was excellent. The owner, S was great at communicating and addressing any issues with the property.
