Amazing spot and amazing host

K and her property were the perfect spot for my stay. Dog friendly, monthly cleaning, close to the beach, and affordable. K was very responsive and helpful with everything. I highly recommend and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great property and even better owner!

I can't say enough nice things about K! She was super communicative with us throughout our stay and was always a quick phone call or text away from answering any questions or resolving any issues with the unit (of which there were very few). The unit itself is cozy, with plenty of space for myself, my fiancee, and our dog. The garage that comes with the unit was much needed, as the street parking availability is unpredictable, and it was pretty easy to get our mid-size SUV in and out as needed. We had plenty of closet/drawer space for our belongings and the furniture is all modern and clean. The desk space was perfect for working from home, complete a monitor and printer. Additionally, the cleaning service that is included is done by a wonderful lady who does a great job each month. We extended our stay not once but twice, so if that doesn't speak to our satisfaction, I don't know what does! Fabulous

Ks place was fantastic. It had all the amenities we needed + tons of storage space which was so convenient. The parking space in the garage was a lifesaver because parking can be tough in the evening. The neighborhood was very walkable. We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the restaurants/bars & little shops in the neighborhood. Theres also a grocery store thats walkable as well. K was a fantastic host, often checking in just to see if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Great home-away-from-home in Long Beach!

Overall, we loved K's place and would 100% come back. It is spacious, clean, and homely with rapid WiFi speed, smartTV and a great kitchen space. It's on the ground floor, the apartment complex feels safe and clean. The quarter only washer and dryer situation is a bit annoying as you have to keep going back and forth, carrying everything through two locked gates. We eventually decided to just go to a laundromat, which saved time. The rental comes with a spacious garage just behind the complex. Street parking is free but frustrating due to weekly street cleaning and fighting for a parking space. You're a 10min walk to the beach. The sand is lovely, the beach is clean. It's a perfect place to run etc. you're guaranteed a gorgeous sunset, every night. That said, the view out to sea was cargo ships and oil rigs. Long Beach is pretty cool. There's lots of unique clothing stores and food options. K was a perfect host, always helpful and quick to respond! She took great care of us!
