Great home with an amazing owner

The apartment looks exactly like the photos and videos provided by Michael, the owner actually, even better! Its beautifully furnished and has everything you might need, down to the smallest detail. The stylish decorations create a cozy, welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into preparing the space. Michael is an amazing host responsive, kind, and truly attentive. He called to check if we needed anything, and when there was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, he resolved it immediately without any hassle. Its rare to find such a thoughtful and hands-on host. I highly recommend Michael and his properties to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free stay.

I stayed there with my family and we felt comfortable like at home, it was a spacious home ,clean ,quiet, safe and close to everything .It is only 3 miles to Hollywood beach board walk. M (the owner) is very nice and informative gentleman and asked us to call him with any issues at any time ,but everything was well thought off and had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this place .

Home away from home

This property instantly felt like home. Very spacious with tons of storage space. The best thing was the circuit shuttle service. It's only $2 per ride and you don't have to worry about paying for parking downtown! Super convenient way of getting to the beach and not having to get your car full of sand. Home is in a good location and is very quiet. I worked Night Shift and never had an issue sleeping during the day. M has been one of the best hosts I have worked with and is only a text away. He is very responsive and attentive to your needs. I highly recommend staying at M's property !

Great place!

Loved this place! M was great, very responsive, and helpful when needed. Felt safe in the apartment, never had any complaints about noise, and the rooms came blacked out for us night shifters! The circuit system that services the house for $2/ride was absolutely worth it and we loved using it to get around town & to the beach! Would love to stay here again if I ever take a job back in the area :)

Great Spot for work

Property was a great location for my assignment at Joe DiMaggio. Loved being so close to the beach and both cities, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. M was a great landlord. Very responsive and considerate. Always got back to me with any issues I encountered. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and clean apartment. The owner, M, was very friendly and and very quick with communication. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are in the area!

Great Stay

Quiet, clean, spacious apartment with an excellent location near downtown Hollywood. Ml is very responsive and quick to accommodate any needs. My favorite part about this place was the free circuit transportation that picks you up from your apt and will take you directly to the beach. This service helped save money on beach parking and was fun to use. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Nice apartment with all new furnishings. Fantastic location, you can walk to downtown Hollywood. M (landlord) is very accommodating, responsive, and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. Highly recommend staying here!
