Best Home and Landlords!

My fiancé and I have lived in six different apartments and this is by far the best living experience we’ve had to date. In fact, we would have happily stayed much longer had our work not taken us elsewhere. The location is incredibly convenient. We brought a car but didn’t need to use it. Stores, restaurants, entertainment, and the Metro are all within a few blocks. I was amazed that we could be so close to downtown while still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The landlords, Dan and Becky, are friendly, accommodating, and were helpful in getting us acquainted with the area. While they are warm and welcoming, they also respect your privacy. Ozzie, their cat, was also a delightful presence. The apartment is equipped with everything you need—we didn’t have to buy anything extra. The AC works very well, and we had no issues through the summers and winters. While you can occasionally hear noise from upstairs, it was not bothersome. We highly recommend this apartment as your next home.

Cozy and delightful!

This is one of the nicest finished-basement units we've ever stayed in, and we've tried many! Excellent fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of cabinets and full size appliances, bright and spacious main room with comfy furniture and wonderful art by B, comfortable bed with nice linens and lots of blanket options, plenty of closet and drawer space, lovely bath with excellent shower, good strong wifi. Fabulous location in a quiet residential neighborhood that's still close to shopping, restaurants, Metro, and main driving routes. Heating system kept us nice and warm even in the depths of winter. Sharing laundry facilities worked out just fine. You do hear activity upstairs, but that's inevitable. D and B were terrific hosts, eager to make sure we were comfortable and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Would recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay with D! The location is within walking distance to downtown Silver Spring and easily accessible by metro or car to downtown DC. The neighborhood is very quiet with a park and beautiful walking trail within minutes. The space has everything you could need and does get some natural sunlight from the main window in living room and windows in kitchen. The space and appliances are modern and updated. D and B were warm and welcoming hosts and helpful with any needs, recommendations. Being a single, female, traveling alone I felt safe and comforted knowing they were easily accessible. I would highly recommend the space and would certainly stay there again if back in the area.

This is an AMAZING property! The property matches the pictures exactly, and is set up perfectly for your stay. Silver Spring is a great spot if you would like a quieter part of the DMV area with easy access to the city. I traveled into the city roughly every other day, and the metro was really accessible from this property to do so. The amenities are great, and the apartment is set up really nicely. D and B and super helpful for anything you need, and really really great hosts for your stay! The area is safe and well lit and a 10-15 minute walk from the Silver Spring metro station, which can get you pretty much anywhere in DC you need to go. Great value for the price, and would highly recommend as a tenant!

Lovely place with amazing landlords

I was in Baltimore for a Job opportunity, i am glad i was able to stay a few months at this lovely place. My stay was absolutely wonderful. Such a great area with a lively atmosphere around the neighborhood and surprisingly quiet and relaxed at the same time. The bathroom is was so unique with a great selection of tile. The Kitchen and living room are spacious. There are so many places nearby and i enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store and the nearby mall anytime of the day. Weekends were my favorite due to how alive the nightlife is and how there is always plenty to do all weekend long. A great area to be in. The landlords are kind, respectful people that are for sure to allow anyone to enjoy this space as much as possible. And i cannot forget Ozzy the cat who is just adorable. If youve ever wonder how it feels to be greeted by a cat, Ozzy can definitely give you that experience. Overall loved my time here and would highly recommend to anyone at anytime.

Great Place to Stay!

This property is great. It is clean, quiet, and not too far from the city. A STEAL for the price. D and B are amazing, accommodating landlords that made sure my roommate and I were comfortable. D even taught me how to use the metro when I first arrived! As far as the apartment itself, it is great. The pictures match exactly. The kitchen is so cute, and the bathroom is incredible. Silver Spring as an area is fine, but I found myself going into the city for most things (the metro is ~15-20 minutes away and the buses are even closer, which is a huge plus). There are two grocery stores nearby, and plenty of restaurants too. There is also an OrangeTheory, 9Round, and Planet Fitness (I went to 9Round, the people there are SO kind). I felt safe walking around during the day by myself, but wouldn't recommend walking around or metroing by yourself at night (but this would go for any location, not just this area). I'll never forget this little place I called home :)
