Perfect Rental in Great Location

I stayed here for a year while travel nursing and couldn't have asked for a better experience. G is an amazing landlord and is tentative and quick to fix any issues that may arise and an all around great person. The location is so close to many food options, grocery stores, and hospitals. Ruby Hill park is close by with free concerts in the summer, sledding and terrain park in the winter. Would 10/10 recommend.

A GEM!

This rental is 100% a gem! This home was the most well-stocked furnished rental Ive ever stayed in. The home itself is nice and cozy, neighbors are friendly, and the parking was a definite plus. The landlord G was super nice, communicative, and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!!

literally a gem

I had such a great stay here with my dog. It had a huge yard for her, was central to a lot of places and had one of the best stocked kitchens Ive seen in a furnished rental. Theres also a great spot for reading or having your morning coffee in the back yard. Also, as someone not used to snow, I was incredibly grateful for the landlord G who lived next door and would shovel the walkway and even gave me some driving tips once. He also let me extend twice when I was still figuring out my next move which was so helpful. This house was very cozy and I definitely recommend!!

Stayed here for 3 months and this place was FANTASTIC!!! G is awesome at attending to our needs, he was the PERFECT host! House came stocked with all linens, towels, kitchen appliances, pet/cleaning supplies, even toiletries, just to name a few. This Ruby Hill Gem is perfect for anyone looking! Perfect location and close enough to the city if you need. Adorable house with nice interior. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

A true gem

I was lucky enough to stay here with my friend for 3 months over the summer for one of my clinical rotations. You can't beat the location. There's a beautiful park walking distance from the house with a large concert pavilion as well as the local rec center just down the street. You're close to downtown and other fun areas like S Broadway and Pearl St. The house itself is perfect for two people and has a large backyard as well. We brought 3 months worth of clothes and other items we thought we may need and had plenty of space. G is a wonderful host. He's thought of everything you might need during your stay and gives great recommendations on everything Denver. He is quick to accommodate any needs you may have and even let us stay an extra day when we mixed up our dates. I brought my cat, Daisy, with me as well and she loved the space and natural light. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying all the neighborhood has to offer.

Enjoyable Stay in Denver

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy 2b/1bath home is Ruby Hill! G was a very accommodating host, whom allowed me to stay an extra couple weeks while I figured out my next assignment. The place is clean and fully stocked with everything I needed to live comfortably. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Denver!
