Great place - great location and F and his family were kind and welcoming. Walkable to the Americana, Brand Park, Glendale YMCA, Verdugo library, grocery stores (Ralphs and Trader Joes), and the 92 bus line. Nice set up with the apartment as well - gated entry, smart tv in room, closet space, and quiet neighborhood.
