nice and safe

It was a wonderful experience staying with this landlord for the past 10 months. The room is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The landlord is highly reliable and responsible, and has been incredibly supportive—helping with everything from receiving packages to offering thoughtful encouragement throughout our medical journey. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Brookdale Hospital, Kings County Hospital, and Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. There are also many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. This is an ideal place for medical students completing rotations and studying late at night. I always feel safe and well-supported during my stay here.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The landlord was very helpful and responsive, and the place itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything I needed. The roommates were friendly and easy to get along with, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and Id happily recommend it.

Michael and Natalie are awesome landlords. The accommodation was perfect, and my roommates were amazing, very professional, very lovely. It's also close to a lot of shops which was very convenient. If I have to come back to Brooklyn, I'll definitely stay here again.

Mike and Natalie accommodated my stay at the last minute without much hassle. They provided a lot of support, making it easy to start my rotation. The room was nice and spacious. The area is within walking distance of virtually everything you'll need, and more. Loved my stay.

Best rental apartment ever

l moved here September 22nd 2022 and l have been here for 2years now. lnitially, l was hesitant to rent this place because l was new to New York but MB assured me that his house his safe. My roommates are the best people l have ever met. MB and the roommates are very welcoming. MB is quick t responding to all your needs and he goes above and beyond to help his tenants with any of their needs. The neighborhood is very neat and l love that stores and laudromat are within walking distance. There is parking in the street.

This property is ideally located near everything for your convenience. I could walk to grocery stores and restaurants; public transportation was steps away. This is a clean, safe neighborhood. Best room in brooklyn

The room is very clean to begin with, quite spacious, and in a safe neighborhood, I had a comfortable stay here, the apartment is fully equipped with every thing you would need, and the owner is very kind and helpful, and always there whenever you need him.

I had a great experience staying here

I stayed in this property from Feb. 2022 to June 2022 as a travel Nurse. The host is very accommodating and welcoming. What I like about this area is that all your grocery shopping can be done within walking distance around the corner. I was given a tour by the host to the nearby stores and the park. I stayed with medical students on the 3rd floor and they are amazing. Another amazing thing about this place is that the host responds to your concern immediately and repairs anything that is damaged in the room or in the bathroom immediately. Staying here for 3 months was amazing and the best experience so far.

Comfy

Recently had an assignment in Bethpage, NY. extremely hard to find housing until I came across this unit here located in Brooklyn, NY. 45minute commute. I must say meeting MB was a pleasure to do business with. Him and his wife are very welcoming, they make you feel as if your home. The unit was fairly priced very clean and neat. If your interested you will not be disappointed; I highly recommend :)

Great Property

I am a student from California moved in on January 24 and still in the property. I can say this is the best rental experience Im having so far. You literally feel at home. M B has been a very great help. He took me on a tour and got me familiarized with the area. Property location is right in the middle of everything and everything you need is pretty much in a walking distance. I asked M for recommendations and he was very knowledgeable with the area and recommended local spots to shop for groceries, restaurants, barbersetc. I definitely recommend his place.

Comfy and home like feeking

Found this Apt on F. F what a rare find, mini fridge your own controlled air in each room Full kitchen 2 full baths, 3 Apt per floor privacy and Peacful environment. Within walking distance to anything you would need to complete your stay. I had a 13 week assignment The owners made sure I felt safe and comfortable walking to and from any area of the neighborhood. Which is very safe and so quiet. Public bus stop up the street. I loved my stay here, And when I come back this will be my choice to stay if it's available. Thank you guys for a pleasant and affordable stay.
