Satisfied renter

My family and I stayed in this location recently. The stay couldn't have been better, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The updated amenities proved to be very convenient. The property owner was very courteous, responsive to our needs, and very easy to work with. The next time we are in this area, we would love to stay here again.

Louisville Germantown Highland Sanctuary

I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. The location is great, and was conveniently located just a few minutes drive from downtown. It is also conveniently located a few minutes drive from major highways. There are many greats shops, bars, eateries within walking distance. Although close to downtown, the neighborhood was very safe and I didnt see or experience any shady elements. The building itself was a bit older, but there werent any issues and it wasnt dissimilar to buildings in the surrounding area. The property owner/manager was very accessible, respectful and non intrusive. I would definitely rent again and would recommend the property to anyone.

NOT worth it

I would not stay at this property again. The place is VERY outdated and the AC is incredibly inefficient....I had difficulty going to sleep many nights because it was so hot. The owner texted me one day telling me to turn off the AC when I wasn't home to preserve the units, so I'd come home to a sauna that took all evening to cool down. Additionally, the apartment comes with a $110 cleaning fee required on the day of arrival. It was NOT cleaned well. The place was dusty and the floors were gross. As for parking, you may have to park on the street up if you arrive later in the evening. Not worth the money...regret spending my money to stay here.
