Great stay!

During our stay, of roughly 6 months Mohammad was an amazing landlord. Whenever we had an issue he would make time and come as soon as possible and respond to us ASAP as well. The place is very well kept and had everything we needed. Parking was never an issue. Location is super convenient for anyone who's needing to be close to Seattle. Short 10 min drive and you are there! Will definitely be coming back in the future if we move back to Seattle.

I stayed here for 4 months while transitioning from Seattle to California. I worked from home and the space is super comfortable and has everything you could need. Its located on a quiet and very walkable street (perfect for dogs!). Mohammad is very communicative and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place!

Our Second Home

My family and I stayed here for about 6 months total while my dad was receiving medical treatment. We originally only supposed to stay for about 4 months, but our timelines continuously shifted towards the end, and M was very accommodating and flexible. He let us extend our stay for as long as we needed, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a very stressful time. We were also able to have our family dog with us the whole time, which was very important to us. The location was also very convenient and the neighborhood was quaint and great for walks. It truly was our second home for the time that we were there.

West Seattle House

This is a wonderful apartment to call home for the time you are in Seattle. The apartment includes all the amenities you could possibly need and the attached yard is great for those with pets. M was very easy to work with and extremely quick to solve any issues we had, which were minimal at most. There is always parking available and the neighborhood is quiet and a beautiful place to walk around. Access to local parks, Alki Beach, and downtown Seattle was very convenient.

Great West Seattle

Living here for close to 4 months while working as a travel nurse, our stay was very comfortable and in a great location. With the West Seattle bridge closed, we were very close to the alternate route to downtown and saved a lot of time going to and from work. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and is close to multiple parks, a dog park, and just a few minutes from grocery stores and shops (basically anything you may need. M was a very accommodating host, and did the most to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Having small dogs, the small fenced in yard was a very convenient touch. Perhaps my favorite feature of the property was the very large kitchen. If youre looking for something outside the city, in a great neighborhood, you cant get much better!
