Excellent Cottage with great Vibes
The Chicken Coop is a gem. And so are owners V and G. The application process was smooth and well communicated. Always responsive, they were quick to reply when a minor issue came up. The Coop itself is clean, well designed, and the best kind of tiny house. Surrounded by a mini bamboo forest and gorgeous Japanese Maple, the feeling is private, safe, well-lit and charming. Friendly yet respectful neighbors help create a feeling of community and serenity. The Coop is genuinely stocked with every kitchen utensil youll need to create chef-quality meals at home. Ample storage makes the accommodations functional and minimalist. Minutes from the beach and a short drive from some incredible local hiking trails, the Coop is a hidden sanctuary on the majestic Olympic Peninsula. I loved my time at The Coop and would absolutely recommend it to anyone whos looking for an easy place to call home. Many thanks to V and G for their friendliness, professionalism and care in creating a welcoming and beautiful space.
Great place to stay!
When looking for places to live across the country to finish my clinical rotations, I wanted to find a space that would be close to work but far enough away to enjoy outdoor activities. The Chicken Coop was perfect for me since its close to the outdoors but still near shopping. In my downtime, I would travel to close-by beaches, trails, and even Seattle. The best part was I wouldnt have to worry about a long commute! I really loved the proximity to Olympic National Park and visited there almost every weekend. I even ventured out to Mt. Rainier and the Cascades, although they are a bit further of a drive. V arranged a virtual tour with me so I had a chance to see the property since I traveled from the other side of the country. The move-in process was quick and easy. Im bummed Im leaving already but anyone who has her as their landlord can count on that they will be taken care of. :)
