Castro Valley Unit

Stayed here for 6 months with my boyfriend. The facility I was working at was only a 7 minute drive and the area felt very safe. It's a cozy unit that had everything for us, full size kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator and a washer/dryer. We had a cute little dining area as well as a living room area with a separate bedroom that connected to the restroom. Tons on storage space too! Matt has been great to us and responds fairly quickly when an issue with arise. It felt very safe living in his backyard area and would get a pleasant surprise at times seeing his dog Rocky hanging out in the backyard.

Castro Valley in-law-unit

I absolutely loved staying at this property. It had everything one could ask for if you are home away from home. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated. It was clean, quiet, private and safe. Communication was always smooth. If you are ever in Castro Valley make this your place to stay!!

home sweet home

this house became a home for us while on assignment in Castro Valley. I worked at Eden which was a 6 minute drive to the hospital and my boyfriend worked at ValleyCare in Pleasanton which was about a 20 minutes commute depending on traffic. So the home is a casita or mother in law sweet that is fully renovated with new appliances. There's a dual washer/dryer. & the bathroom is new too! it was such an incredible little space. Lots of natural light. Smart TVs. They have provided all the necessary (plus more) utensils and cutlery. The bed is cozy and comfortable. Cannot stress it enough, we had everything we needed. We had street parking which is so convenient in the neighborhood the house is in. We never had an issue. We were respectful and parked away from neighbors driveways. M & his family are so kind and welcoming. He has transformed the backyard to an oasis equip with koi pond. We loved our assignments and we love this house and would surely stay here again if we come back.

Castro Valley Gem

There isnt enough space here to totally explain how amazing our stay was here!! It was the longest time Ive ever stayed in one place and M made sure that our stay there always felt like home. Any issues that we had he was very attentive and took care of them immediately. The unit was exactly as pictured and immaculate. His family and pets were also so friendly and kind!! If we ever comeback to the Bay Area this where we would stay for sure:)

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Everything was practically new and so so clean. The area is quiet and hsd no problems sleeping during the day. M, the owner, installed blackout curtains for me since I work nights and it was beyond appreciated. I took a contract at KP San Leandro and it was only a 10-12 minute drive, even with traffic. Castro Valley has alot of amenities, so the area is just very convenient. M was very responsive with any questions I had. Very welcoming and accomodating. I would 100% stay here again if I could!

Stay during Oakland contract

If I could give this place 100/10 I would. The apartment is newly renovated, great natural light (if youre a night shifter bring blackout curtains), safe neighborhood, quiet. I stayed here while working in Oakland, my commute was 15-20 right off the 580. The BART is also just a mile away. The area is convenient with multiple groceries stores less than 2 miles either direction. The apartment itself sits in the backyard of the hosts house. Theres a porch adjacent for the apt, and the backyard itself is newly landscaped (its beautiful). Theres street parking and I never had a problem parking after work for the 5 months I was there. The apartment has all your needs down to spices in the kitchen and a small coffee maker. The family themselves were beyond welcoming and made me happy to be there (including the 2 dogs). If I ever come back this way for an assignment, Id def try staying here again!
