Nightmare

I almost feel bad writing this review but I feel obligated to prevent another person from having to go through this. So, I only lasted one evening in this house because I couldnt take anymore than that. The first night I was supposed to meet a friend of the landlord to get the keys. The friend was in the house with his girlfriend and theyre just sitting at the kitchen table blasting music drinking beers. It took them about 20 minutes to finally leave and when they did they left their beer bottles. I then find dirty footprints on the bed, a bathroom covered in mold, and a toilet covered in poop. Furthermore, the area itself did not feel very safe at all and I was informed by individuals who I worked with later that its not a good area. As I said I lasted a singular evening there and found a different place as soon as I could because I knew I couldnt last two months in a place that disgusting. In fairness to the landlord she offered me a heavy discount and she did not make pay a dime.

Kindness matters!

Carla was the BEST to work with. So gracious and understanding. Didn't work out for me, but very cute space with thoughtful amenities.
