Amazing location
This house has great amenities and is newly updated. The location was perfect for my travel assignment, as well as many restaurants. Stephanie is an amazing landlord and Luna is the sweetest dog!

Amazing place with an amazing person!
Fell in love with this updated home from the moment I stepped in. Spacious with amenities galore and even a downstairs completed basement that gives ample space to this house. Don't even get me started on the fenced in back yard with HUGE deck. The owner is amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. As a nurse herself she knows the needs/wants before you even have to ask for them. Do yourself a favor and book this place before its gone. Perfect spot as its quiet when you need it, but less than 15 minutes to center city and most hospitals in charlotte.

Cozy and Comfortable Stay
I stayed at this property for a four week contract and I could not have had a better experience! The property owner was super friendly and had excellent communication from the very beginning all the way until my move out date. The home is just as pictured, very comfortable, quiet, and tastefully styled. They decor made the place feel very homey and would suit anyones style. I had my own room and bathroom, a closet, driveway parking, as well as space in the fridge and pantry for my belongings. We both worked night shift so the house stayed pretty quiet during the day while we were resting. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but I loved that the home had a security system just to help me feel extra secure. Location wise, you will be close to Charlotte with easy access to the city and the highway. Lots to see, do, eat, and drink in the area. I would 100% recommend staying here. (:

Excellent location, great amenities, would stay again
Wow, what a great place to stay! While travel nursing at Novant Health I had the pleasure of staying here and being greeted by the amazing hostess who answered all of my questions and even gave cool recommendations on where to go while staying here. Very clean, affordable, and comfortable. I would recommend my friends and family to come here.
