If you are taking a contract at Central Maine Medical Center and are looking for a place to stay, look no further! Very peaceful, clean and safe. You cannot beat walking across the street to go to work! I have put gas in my vehicle about once every 2 months! Barbara is an attentive, friendly and professional landlord. This is my second stay at this property conveniently located right across from CMMC. Staying here has allowed me the opportunity to get to work in any weather condition. From my apartment I am able to see the hospital driveway. I come downstairs and press the stop light button, walk across the street and I am safely on the hospital compound. The property owner/manager is always a call away and is always available to listen and act promptly to resolve any issue or concerns. The apartment is clean, comfortable and safe. The tenants are respectful and quiet. Whether you drive or walk it is a safe place to stay. During the winter the men are always out immediately after it snows to clear the walk and driveway. I give this property full rating especially because the owner cares about whoever is occupying any of the apartments. I would not consider staying anywhere else when next I come back to Maine. Satisfied customer!

the wifi never worked. i asked multiple times, she never got it to work. communication via landlord and tenant wasnt great either. told me i could extend my lease as i extend my contract but then rented out the space without my knowledge when my lease ended. my lease originally ended 11/1/2023 but then she told me i had to be out by 10/28/23 because she was accommodating a friend that needed a place to live. never was late with rent and was a quiet tenant. the place needs upgrades and honestly felt dirty. honestly not worth the effort to go through this property. many other great options. plus main street is sketchy to stay on. the 7/11 gas station creates lots of noise and brings sketchy characters to your doorstep.
