I'm happy I came across this property!!

I loved staying here, and its location was perfect: right off the freeway, less than five minutes away from grocery stores, the gym, and Costco, all in a super safe neighborhood! She and her husband were very friendly, even sending me recommendations for TV shows and places to visit. Theres so much food around hereso many great restaurants to try! I really enjoyed my walks, especially at sunset. The neighborhood was fairly quiet except for the occasional plane flying overhead. Any issues I had with the laundry or shower were resolved incredibly fast! I also really love the new washer and dryer she purchasedtheyre so quiet and efficient. The unit itself is well-stocked with everything you need and more. Parking is easy, with plenty of street parking available. Street cleaning is Monday and Tuesday from 8-10 AM, and trash pickup is Wednesday morning. They put out large bins Tuesday, plus theres an extra trash bin right outside in case you need it before then!

Studio lacks nothing!

I stayed with S and her husband for over a year. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. This studio may be small but it's got everything you need: fridge, stove, washer/dryer, TV. Thank you S & fam!

The jewel of La La Land!

I enjoyed my stay at the quaint and cozy adu. I had the pleasure of staying here for four months. S and her husband were welcoming and accommodating to my day sleeping (night nurse). They have ensured that the suite has everything you need and are quick to get things to ensure your comfort. I am so happy to have met this jewel of a family and place in La La Land! You will not be disappointed.

Lovely stay!

I am a traveling nurse and I loved staying here in this bnb! Its such a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Lots of people out walking their dogs. It is centrally located and close to the 405 & 101. I really appreciated how timely S was with her responses to any questions I had. Both her and her husband are very pleasant and want to make sure that you have what you need for your stay. The place is really nice, brand new and lets lots of natural light through the windows. You have a nice full kitchen with everything you could need. There is plenty of street parking right outside your door. Garbage day Wednesday and street sweeping Monday & Tuesdays. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. If there is availability you will enjoy staying here and feel as comfortable as I did.
