Great apartment in Austin!
I really enjoyed staying here during my work contract. It was so close to my job and was within walking distance from an awesome grocery store (HEB!) and the Bass Concert Hall. It is centrally located near many restaurants and music venues. The owner was an excellent communicator and I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Austin. Thanks, Simi! (Plus the in-unit washer and dryer was such a Treasure!)
Great spot
This condo was perfect for me. It is just the right size and she has everything you could need for a great stay. She has high end appliances and it is very clean. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Dell Children's hospital and 2 blocks away from St. David's. There is an awesome grocery store HEB about 4 blocks away. People are always walking or biking everywhere. I felt totally safe and never had any trouble. There are lots of students and several were very nice and helpful but not disturbing. I had a great stay and will be happy to stay here again.
Great condo and wonderful location!
I lived here all during my time in graduate school at UT and for a few years after and absolutely loved it! The landlords are very considerate and were extremely fast to respond to any issues that came up. When my fridge died they even gave me a gift card to compensate me for the food I lost! The apartment has a nice large balcony which faces the street and is great to be able to put some plants on or to sit outside on in the evenings. The bedroom is spacious, the closest space is great, and the large windows in the living room let in a ton of natural light. Being in north campus, the complex and area are quiet. The location is also hard to beat, with a bus stop right down the street on Red River. Alternatively, it is an easy walk to UT campus. There is a grocery store (HEB) just a couple of blocks away, and there are plenty of food options nearby.
Nice place! Had a great time
Condo is really nice! It's close to downtown, so driving was easy. And I liked the vibe. The owner was cool too and gave us tips on sightseeing in Austin to avoid the pandemic. Would definitley stay again. Thanks!
