Awesome Stay!!!!

I stayed here for 5 months and had a wonderful stay, I meet A maybe 3 times since she is a travel nurse and periodically comes to check on the house, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, she had a cleaner come once a month to make sure the house stayed tidy. If I ever back to Flagstaff I definitely will stay here again.

Adriana Flores wont give you back your refundable deposit

I stayed there for 3 months, when I moved out and I sent pictures of the room to A, she said that she will hold the cleaning fee and will Venmo the rest of my deposit. She never did, she just ignores my texts and phone calls. I wish I saw previous review before I moved in, as I see now I am not the only one who lost their refundable deposit. Just stay away from such people.

Terrible

By far the worst living situation I have ever been in. After paying cleaning deposit I moved in and was cleanly as possible. After agreeing that I could stay for a 9 month period I was ridiculed for being dirty for cooking with the provided dishs and using the restroom. Shortly after being threatened for eviction I decided to find a new place and move out as soon as I possibly could and I was not given my cleaning deposit back. My roomate faced the same experience and I highly suggest looking elsewhere before renting from Adrianna.

great customer service

A was amazing with communication and making me feel comfortable with whatever questions I had. She was understanding when I needed to cancel my stay for a family issue and gave me my deposit back. She is great at responding in a timely manner as well would definitely refer her to other people needing housing
