Denver stay

Santiago and Claire were great hosts very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend their place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming spot.

Ideal in every way

I was supposed to stay in this spot for just a few months while I was between leases in Denver and accidentally stayed for a few years instead. Santiago and Claire are personable, attentive, reasonable, kind neighbors, landlords, and people just generally. If theres any issue at all they always see to it in a timely and reasonable manner. The spot itself is perfect for one person even with a small desk space in the corner for a work from home set up. Its within walking/biking distance to anything in RiNo/Five Points (movement climbing gym, the river yoga studio, and a million bars and restaurants). The place is quiet and well kept with even a small patio space for you to read. All of the neighbors are reasonable and kind people too! The public parking south of the place *always* has a spot available. Ill genuinely miss this place and I hope whoever lives here next enjoys it half as much as I did!

Great spot!

Solid 10/10. Great little spot close enough to downtown where you can Lyft/Uber there for 8 bucks on a Saturday night. The place is not huge, but I managed to fit my skis and two bikes in there with the help of the landlords who were very accommodating. They gave me my space but were also very responsive when contacted. The place is VERY quiet which I loved. The only thing I ever heard was the garage door which is not a huge issue. You will hear it like 2 times a day for 5 seconds. There is also ample parking on the street next to the unit to the south. I never had any issues finding parking and none of my friends did either. Overall, a great place to stay for checking out Denver and is close enough to the freeway to get out to the mountains on the weekend. I highly recommend this spot.

Denver Carriage House

Clean, updated and quiet unit located close to RiNo neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Street parking was easy to find in the summer.

Has Everything You Need

This is the perfect 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with everything you need. Everything is new and updated and it has been kept in really good shape. I wouldnt look any further, it is in a great location close to RiNo and Downtown. The owners are super responsive and put a lot of effort into making it feel like home for short term renters.
