The best landlord!

This property is very spacious. My husband and I felt safe in the area, and it is fairly close to downtown and other fun surrounding places, but not in the thick of traffic. The surrounding community feels safe and has plenty of sidewalks to walk/run, and I felt safe taking my dog for a walk if my husband couldn't join me, plus it is a beautiful area! We turned the extra bedroom upstairs into an office space since it was just the two of us. Tons of closet space/storage. The landlord checked in periodically via text and was ALWAYS available for questions with a timely response. You can tell he wants the best for his visitors and is willing to help make that happen. It is located between two other townhouses, so we were worried about noise, but we did not once hear anyone on either side of us! Definitely recommend!
