Home away from home

Very clean space with everything you need for a lengthy stay. Denise was a great host who made staying at her property feel like home away from home. Most definitely recommend will stay again.

Disappointing Experience Overpriced for What You Get

Honestly, I have no idea how this place justifies charging so much for what you actually get. For the price, you would expect a comfortable, private and well-maintained accommodation. Instead, you get a room with a shared bathroom with other 4 tenants , the bed was very noisy and squeaked with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable AND then you are charged an additional cleaning fee only to be expected to clean everything yourself before you leave. So what exactly is the cleaning fee for? It is hard to understand why guests are paying such a high price and still have to do the cleaning themselves. The combination of an expensive room, a shared bathroom, an extra cleaning charge, and checkout cleaning requirements is simply not worth the money. I would strongly recommend looking at other options before booking here. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not stay here again.

RENTERS BEWARE - Avoid this rental

I stayed here for 8 weeks for work and would NOT recommend it. The landlord took a $250 deposit and stated the cleaning fee was $50, then increased it to $75 a week before checkout for me and other tenants while requiring us to clean our rooms AND common areas. I along with other tenants were moved to another property after a week where she stated there was central AC, then she shut it off for almost my entire stay. I also saw cockroaches in several areas after move in. She would enter/check the house while tenants were away with no valid reason. A week before checkout, she complained the house was "dirty" which was minor, such as crumbs on the kitchen floor. I bought cleaning supplies, cleaned my room and common areas, and left NO damage, yet she kept my $250 deposit. Beware extending only a few days beyond a month may cost close to another FULL months rent. All this for a high priced room with 4 people sharing one bathroom. One star is generous. I would NEVER stay here again.
