Great updated unit in quiet neighborhood. The unit was renovated in 2020 with high end appliances, new flooring, updated kitchen and bathroom.
Swimming pool available during spring/summer.
We have three dogs on premises and not had any issues with interaction with tenants.
There is also a full gym for tenant's use.
Space
No cats allowed. There is a $400 one time fee for dogs - offers a fenced back yard. We do have two dogs so as long as they get along you will have free access to let them out.

Wonderful!
This is an excellent place to stay. The unit is very clean and we had everything we needed while we were there. Wade was kind and respectful of our space, but very responsive with communication if we needed anything. Unit is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!
