Great place

I lived here for around 7 months for a travel contract, and I really enjoyed it. Dave was a great landlord and easy to communicate with. The neighbors are super friendly, and I always felt safe in the neighborhood. A wonderful place to stay if you're working at Providence and a great well-maintained space overall. 10/10 would recommend and stay again in a heartbeat!

Great, & safe apartment

I stayed in this apartment for a year, and it was everything I needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The neighbors are extremely kind and friendly. I felt safe the entire time I was here. The apartment was cozy and everything worked well. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! 10/10 would recommend

I was in desperate need of finding a last-minute place to stay in Everett for one of my clinical internships and had a fabulous experience with renting this apartment! The property owner was quick to communicate with me and helped expedite the lease signing process so I could move in ASAP which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Ample street parking and a quick commute to downtown Everett. Would highly recommend!
