High Quality place in Phoenix

This place has beautiful and modern finishes with a nice Montain view. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable getaway or need a peaceful temporary place to relax after a long shift, I highly recommend this spot. I would definitely stay here again!

An Awesome Stay in Arizona!

We had an amazing stay at this unit! Both hosts were very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions/feedback. The unit was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed its secluded location amongst the mountains and enjoyed being so close to hiking trails. The unit itself had everything we needed for our short-term stay! It was well equipped with amenities and updated with new appliances. The standing desk was great for remote work and the bedrooms were spacious. The highlight of our stay was the backyard! We loved watching sunsets from the patio. The hosts also kindly let us pick fresh fruit from the citrus trees as we were staying in the unit during harvest season. We couldnt recommend this place enough and hope to be back soon!

Best spot in Phoenix

Just got done with a travel nurse contract in Phoenix and could not be more happy with where I stayed. The house was amazing! Fully furnished meant fully furnished and there was everything you needed. Set up to live in day one. The location is awesome as well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with good views overlooking Phoenix and some killer sunsets. I brought my mountain bike and the trails were fantastic and right out the back door. The garage fit my Tacoma with a camper topper on the back as well as my mountain bike. The actual apartment is beautiful. Solid construction with great design. Even the paint on the walls looks amazing. B and M were the best hosts Ive ever had at any rental. I knew I could call them at any hour and resolve any issues that I might run into. They were incredibly easy to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great people through and through. If you are looking for a place in Phoenix this is it.

Amazing stay

The property is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The host is always available and very genuine. The location is near everything you need and good restaurants. Would stay again!

Hiker's and foodie's paradise in Phoenix!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Starting with the apartment -- appliances are updated and super nice -- all full sized and felt like such a luxury. There's also a desk/really nice chair that's been really nice for my partner who's been working from home. Beds are comfy as well! The space is the lower level of the landlord's dad's home, and his dad is the nicest and most considerate upstairs neighbor we've ever had. We've loved the area -- literally a sub 5 minute walk to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. It's been so amazing to have hiking close by, and we love that the hikes there connect to more trails once you take the trail going under the freeway. The neighborhood is in the hills, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. Lots of quails and birds nearby too! Incredible food options/farmers markets within a 10- 15 minute drive as well. Overall, amazing rental experience and we would love to be back!!

Hillside home

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was nice cozy home away from home. Backyard was great for meals or to relax and enjoy the mornings/evenings. Owners were very attentive and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place

I had such an awesome time at this place. The owner and his son were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. The neighborhood is super chill, and you're about a 5-10 minute walk to a bunch of hiking/biking trails. The backyard is lovely for breakfasts and sunsets. The birds are really active with the citrus trees too, so that adds a nice touch. Just an overall awesome place, and if I ever go back to Phoenix, I would definitely stay here again.

Review of Oct-Jan Stay

My roommate and I moved in for a few months and we absolutely loved this place! The owner of the property is very accommodating and helpful. It is even more beautiful in person! Great location; 5-10 minute drive to anything youll need. Cute backyard with fire pit and seating area for watching sunsets. Very comfortable beds and feels like home. Spacious garage and the area is very safe. Brand new appliances and accessories! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
