My husband and I are traveling healthcare workers and booked this property with the intention of staying for three months. However, since the minimum stay requirement was one month, we adjusted our plans and stayed for 1.5months instead. The location was definitely a highlight-it's in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and a nearby park. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we had questions or requests, which we appreciated. That said, the condition of the property left much to be desired. While the space had potential, it was not well maintained. We noticed several issues that affected our comfort during the stay, such as cleanliness concerns and some areas that were clearly in need of repair or updating. With better upkeep, this could be a great rental, but unfortunately, the current state of the unit didn't quite meet our expectations.
