Great location

C. Was a great landlord always available and prompt in responding to any need. Location is great, near tons of restraints, grocery stores, and the mall. You are 20mins from everything there is to do in Columbia I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Condo

I absolutely loved my stay at this condo! The owners have truly thought of everything in terms of amenities and are incredible to work with! The condo is in a great part of town and is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The condo is very close to the mall, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, etc, and is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hospital. C is an amazing landlord and is always available if you need anything, and I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about my stay here. I would highly recommend this condo for any healthcare traveler!

Great place - clean, convenient, quiet, covered parking. Safe neighborhoods to walk. Close to grocery, mall shopping, restaurants. Owner very easy to work with.

Amazing Experience

I stayed here for 6 months during my travel assignment in Columbia MO. It was an amazing experience and location is perfect! So close to eating places and the malls! But no noise problems! Fireplace, full kitchen, washer and dyer made moving in super convenient and ready! Safe neighborhood with covered porch and friendly neighbors as well! Landlord was amazing with taking care of any questions or problems I had (which were very few). Also just a 8-10 min drive from the hospitals! As a healthcare traveler, my experience here was amazing and landlord definitely made it home away from home! 10/10 would recommend! Condo super cute and cozy!

Columbia Condo

It is located in a very safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Condo is clean, has covered porch and small wooden open porch, fireplace, and full kitchen. Very nice landlord and always available. Close to the Mall, restaurants, shopping.
