Don’t recommend

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment, everything was outdated, shower had very low to little water pressure, had the light in the bathroom fall down while in the shower from where the owners rigged it to stay temporarily. Also the only way to get oven to ever light was getting on your hands and knees to reach all the way under with a lighter to ignite it. Then got nickel and dime for unwarranted charges after the stay. Would definitely recommend other accommodations if staying in Sioux Falls.

Great Landord and Location

I decided to rent from these owners because of a review from a previous tenant. I was glad I did. D would occasionally check in with me to make sure everything was ok. If something needed fixed or I needed help, they were there for me as if I were family. Im very glad I chose to rent from them.

Feels like home

Best land lords ever! D owns a couple properties around Sioux Falls and let me stay here while another one of her properties became available of which I stayed from January to August. Love her properties, love her and her husband! The whole place was stocked with such detail and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!
