Perfect location, perfect landlords, perfection!

This condo was such a wonderful, cozy home away from home! From the new appliances all the way to the private garage parking option everything has been incredible for the entirety of my stay. The condo is only about 30 minutes outside of DC, so its perfect if you have to commute to the city, but dont want to live in the city! Also, the nearest target is only 8 minutes away, so that is a perk! H & O are incredibly responsive and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

Great place close to a lot of hospitals

I just finished a very long contract in the Laurel area. I found this place on Facebook and it couldnt have suited my needs better. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. The place is furnished with all utilities and internet included. Brand new kitchen appliances and tv in the living room. The place was quiet during the day and I was easily able to maintain a night shift schedule while here. Id highly recommend checking this place out if you need a place near Laurel, Rockville, or the outer Washington DC area.
