Cozy and Convenient Studio

This cozy little studio is super close to the pool, jacuzzi, and laundry, plus its gated, safe, and comes with garage parking and two cruisers for a quick ride to the beach. Its also an easy walk to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants, so everything you need is right there. About 20 mins from the Airport and 15-20 mins to some of the best beaches and tourist sites (La Jolla Beach, Sunset Cliffs, San Diego Zoo, and Seaworld). Easy commute to my job and had everything I needed. The owners are amazing and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Fantastic Rental

I stayed here for 3 months while on travel contract in El Cajon. The owners are thorough and responsive and keep the property in great condition. I could get to orange theory door to door 1 minute on foot, walked to get my groceries, grab a coffee, or go out for dinner. The beach is about a 20 minute walk, and its one of the best beaches around the area in my opinion. I was always a 15 to max 20 minute drive from wherever in San Diego (including the airport!). There is a locked garage to keep your car safe, and the gym is enough to meet your basic needs. I used the sauna and hot tubs often, it was a nice amenity! There is security on the premise always on call if you need anything/get locked out/etc. The tennis courts are in good shape and have lights. The bed was comfortable, very safe, kitchen stocked with necessities, and the storage space very good for all of my clothes. I recommend the Pacific Beach experience to anyone, it has a piece of my heart, I will miss it so!

Cute and modern studio only a 20 minute walk from the ocean! Walking distance to Orangetheory, Vons, Trader Joes, and more. E & K were great landlords as well. Will miss this spot!

I stayed here for 6 months on a travel contract at Radys and loved it! Location could not have been better, plus having pool, hottub, beach bikes and parking was so lovely! The unit itself is small but comfortable and has everything you need if youre traveling alone. Owners are communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!
