Quiet corner, one level, unit, newly remodeled. WIFI and all utilities included. Two Bedrooms, one bath, large closets, quiet setting. Close to shopping, restaurants. A quarter mile bike/walk to the Mingo Creek Trail that leads to the Neuse River Greenway Trails. Great location! Small dogs considered. Sorry, no cats. Plus occupancy tax and fees.

Cozy home away from home!
I was blessed to stay in this home for almost a year while working in the area. The home is so nicely kept, clean, and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything needed and is in great condition. The homeowners are absolutely wonderful & readily available if needed. The area feels safe and it is convenient. I can't say in words how much it meant for me to stay in this lovely home away from home and know that if anything was needed, the homeowners were there for me. I appreciate them so much!

Adorable townhouse!!
I was on a travel nurse assignment in Raleigh and was so lucky to have found this adorable home. It looks just like the listing photos; clean, modern style, and quiet for sleeping. It was just a short drive to WakeMed. The neighborhood is safe and has everything you need close by. The owners are very friendly and reply promptly if you need anything.
