Great place mid peninsula

This is the perfect location mid Peninsula to easily get to the city as well as to South Bay and easy access to East Bay as well. The room is spacious enough and you have access to the entire home including a patio outdoors. Parking is always accessible usually right in front of the house. You are walking distance to the bay trail which is great for running and walking and walking distance to a variety of good restaurants. Very convenient access on and off the 101. I stayed for a year as a travel physical therapist and would definitely return if I were coming back to this area

Room A

The property is as described. It had everything that I needed for my time there as a travel nurse. Its not too far from Stanford Childrens Hospital. You have access to everything you need in the kitchen and the washer and dryer as well as the back porch and common areas. J was a very accommodating host and very attentive, as well as responsive. The home was clean and felt safe. Plenty of parking on the street always. You do hear the sound of the planes coming and going as it is nearby SFO, but it was not a big deal for me. Also, there are hours during peak times we are asked not to use the W/D. Also not a big deal for me, but may be nice for some people to know. Overall very much enjoyed the property and would stay again and recommend!

Quiet and Safe Area

I stayed here while working short-term in Foster City. The location is exceptionally quiet and safe. The location was convenient to stores, parks, and other things to do in the area. The property is close to large highways that make commuting everywhere very easy. The house was well-kept and J was very prompt to respond to concerns. I would recommend this to working professionals in the area for a cozy place to stay at while you are here.

Very clean and convenient!

Stayed here for about 4 months while working in Millbrae. The location is very convenient to many shops, food, and the freeways to get to other cities as needed. The house itself was very clean and quiet so I was able to focus on studying very well. Amenities and supplies in the house were also provided, which was nice as I did not have to buy a lot of my own. Street parking is also very spacious and easy to park (not like what you'd typically see in the Bay Area). There was never a problem getting a parking spot near the door (even when past midnight). In the neighborhood, there are also parks and water within walking distance and the area is safe so you could walk there for a nice sunset view.
