Nice owners, not so nice property

The owners are nice people. The house and neighborhood is not so nice. When we moved in the house was filthy. I didnt fuss about it because we were lucky to have found something available. This was a mistake. When we moved out, we of course were charged for some of the dirtiness. The towel rods were falling off walls in bathroom, there was dirt on window sills, front door needs repair. The neighborhood is safe" but there were adolescents running around at night and loud music in the middle of the night (several nights). Also, be aware that there are a number of cats that congregate in backyard so if your dog doesnt like cats, it could be a small issue. Again, the owners are very nice people, good communicators.

Great stay and hosts!

Great house in an amazing location! Traveled with our two dogs and they LOVED the backyard! Fully fenced! On top of great accommodations, the hosts are amazing! They were very responsive and made sure we had a great stay! We initially were only going to stay 3 months, but I reached out after I received an extension and were super helpful even with a 3 week gap! Would HIGHLY recommend to any travelers, even if your traveling alone. We never used one of the bedrooms but it was so worth it!
