I enjoyed my 3 month long stay here. Carla was great, very attentive, and always reachable. The furnished room was clean and had plenty of space for my belongings. Having a private bathroom is always nice! Although I didn't cook much, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishware. The home is in a nice area close to stores and shopping and a short drive to downtown Reno and other attractions. I would definitely recommend Carla's home to other travelers. Thanks!

I really enjoyed staying at this property! The house is well maintained and very close to super markets and other stores. The house is also well equiped with all the necessary equipment included (cookware, linens, towels etc) and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Carla is very nice and makes sure that you'll have a pleasant and smooth stay. I highly recommend it!

Great location and peaceful

This is a 3 bedroom fully furnished and clean condo with 3 bedrooms that are rented out separately . The condo is a bit older , but has a/c , heating and a big enough yard /patio that my Husky really loved . The condo is super close to the amazing Reno dog park and local hospitals ; but far enough away from Reno downtown and closer to the mountains and nature . Carla was amazing and easy to work with as the landlord . She was very flexible with all my needs and my last minute schedule changes when I needed to move out sooner than expected . I 100 recommend this rental .

Nice Condo

Carla was wonderful! Easy to communicate with and always responsive. Our crew stayed there during the construction phase of a project in Truckee, and they felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, and it was great that each room had its own bathroom. If we have another project in the area we will definitely be contacting Carla!

Wonderful Stay!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying here for almost 4 months. Our room and the entire condo was cute, comfortable, and well-kept. We were able to find anything we needed in the kitchen and even found that our bathroom was stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies when we arrived. We loved having a backyard, lots of parking options, and a full kitchen. We also enjoyed living in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable going on walks in the evening. C communicated very well and we always felt like we could go to her about anything. This was the perfect place for us!

Very well located. Within walking distance to two shopping center and food places. R is such a beautiful soul and super helpful. I enjoyed being in her home.
