Remodeled/Spacious House with Pool, Near Hospitals

awesome unit!

This place is very safe and secure. Our stay there was very quiet and peaceful. Theres a coded gate before you can enter the units so for me thats an A+ for a place. The unit is unbelievable because it has 2 bathrooms which we needed especially our family of 3 stayed there. I dont think you will find a place like this. It has a designated parking space in front of the house and the best part is theres a pool. But we havent had a chance to use it because its still winter when we were there. The landlord answers quickly whenever you have a problem or question, very accomodating and nice. The place is near or few minutes drive in everything hospitals, restaurants, groceries and shopping mall. Probably will check this place again when we have a contract in Sacramento.

The best host I have had so far!!!!

T was hands down the best host I have ever had. He was quick to respond to our inquiry and just as quick to respond to any questions/concerns during our stay. The property is beauty and hidden from the Main Street which we loved. Good Parking, close to grocery stores, shopping and entertainment. The rooms are a nice size with great closet space, a lot of pantry space in the kitchen and the in unit washer in dryer was a plus. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and decorated beautifully. Terrance welcomed us and gave us a few suggestions on food and attractions/activities in the area! This unit is about 20-25 minutes from the Sacramento Airport. If I ever work in Sacramento again I have my fingers crossed that I will be about to stay with T again

The property was clean, modern and had everything you need. The property manager was super nice and quickly responded to any questions/concerns we had. Great area with plenty of restaurants, a mall, movie theatre and other activities nearby. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommended it to anyone.

Great house.

This property was beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed. It was close to near by shopping and restaurants. The house it tucked off so it makes you feel secluded. Parking I would say was my only thing that was time consuming. If it 3 cars you have to shuffle to get out. But it doesn't take away from the house. The hospitality of T was also amazing. Always easy to reach and quick to respond if he couldn't answer. It was a pretty quite neighborhood and our neighbors actually left cookies and cakes for us upon arrival. Very nice place! Thanks for everything T ! If I'm ever in Sacramento again. I will reach out.

Would rent again

Comfortable, quiet, safe property. Responsive owner, always answered correspondence quickly and solved any problems promptly. Would rent it again. Love the pool. Well maintained property. Love the big televisions in bedroom and living room. Washer and dryer are awesome.

T has been such a wonderful host and would always take the time to check on us during our stay. The house offers several ammenties, including a large pool in the backyard. The location of the house is also safe with the benefits of being close to nearby malls, parks, and outdoor activities. Would definitely come back and recommend staying in this place!

My place away from home

I have stayed in this property for almost 8 months as my travel assignment has been completed. If you wanted a place to stay for a longer term without renting an apartment, this will be the place for you.

Lovely stay

My stay at this property was nothing less than pleasant. Its a beautiful one bedroom on a safe property. I felt very safe staying there as a single female. T was more than helpful throughout my time there. I would stay at this property again if I was ever in the area.
