East Nashville Guest House - cozy and serene

Review

Lisa's guest house was the perfect place for me to land when I first moved to Nashville. I ended up staying longer than I planned because the space was so thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Even though its a small studio, it makes perfect use of the space and has everything you need in a great location in Inglewood. The neighborhood and property always felt very safe, and Lisa was incredibly responsive and communicative whenever anything came up. There are a few other structures on the property, but I always felt I had plenty of privacy and peace. Id highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed home base in East Nashville.

Beautiful Stay in East Nashville

The Petite Retreat was the perfect landing spot for me and my dog Marley! We moved cross country and this was the perfect place to stay while we looked for a longer term rental in Nashville. L has created a beautiful place for her tenants to stay with so many thoughtful touches! You can tell she really puts a lot of work into making sure her tenants have a great and comfortable stay! The property is gorgeous and you can always find all types of wildlife wandering through. The neighbors are just as friendly too! Highly The Petite Retreat recommend for the relocating professional!

So Quaint

This property is gorgeous, set back in a woodsy feel (we saw deer around the house!), private, and yet still close enough to Nashville, the Opry, the Gaylord, and highways for travel around Tennessee. The property owner is very accommodating and responsive to any communication with questions, comments, or concerns. The house itself is very quaint, and we felt very at home and cozy after a long day of traveling around Nashville. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cute and cozy

I stayed here from Dec 2021 - May 2022 while working at Vanderbilt. It is in East Tennessee (Inglewood area) and was a great place to call home while there. It is at the back of the property and very quiet. There were even a few evenings I would see deer crossing the backyard which made it feel like I wasn't even in a city! I never had any issues with feeling unsafe, the neighbors were all very friendly, and with the long driveway, it is off the main road so no one even knows you're back there. She even has cameras up outside which made me feel even more safe. If any issues arose, L was very quick to respond and fix anything I may need. This is a great place for a single person to stay while working away from home. It's about a 15 min drive (or short uber) to downtown, but I love the coziness of being away from the hustle/bustle when not at work. I will definitely be reaching out to Lisa again if I ever need somewhere to stay in Nashville! You won't regret choosing to rent from her!

teeny house

I stay here from 9/21-12/21 while working at Vandy. The area is so quiet and secure. The teeny house is so warm and cozy with literally everything youd ever need in the kitchen. L is very attentive and quick to respond. I never had any issues.
