Convenient and Spacious 2 bedroom w 1 Full Bath 1 Half Bath

Safe and great landlord!

This is a divided home, I stayed in the bottom level. It was a lot of space for 1 person, but great for when I had family come to stay. I felt safe knowing that GB knew all of the neighbors and had multiple properties around the block. GB is very communicative and makes great recommendations for things to do in the area.

incredible experience

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our contracts in Humble. the spacious unit had everything we needed to be comfortable. The WIFI worked great for all streaming and gaming. It is located very centrally and a breeze to get to the highway if you have to commute farther. GB went out of his way to make our stay great. he provided some supplies like cooking utensils and light bulbs early on. His quick communication made it easy for all requests to be met. He also happily helped out feeding Nala (cat) while we were out of town. I would recommend any of his units to family, friends, and all travelers

Safe, comfortable, and easy!

This stay set a new standard for me! Unlike most furnished rentals, this home is truly up-to-date, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished to be as comfy as your own home- side tables, lamps, throw blankets, blinds (that work!), extension cords, ample storage, an oscillating fan, space heater, off-street parking, and a cozy patio (with real comfy furniture, not the cheap stuff you expect). During a stressful contract and as a traveler with limited/precious packing space, these small touches made a big impact. The property is fenced and the neighborhood feels safe (as a single female who goes to work before dawn and walks in the evening). The landlord, GB, is exceptional-responsive, considerate, and proactive. When maintenance was needed (no issues on my end, just minor updates-one example of his care and attention), he provided ample notice, coordinated with me, and ensured everything was left spotless. My only disclaimer: after this stay, all other rentals just won't compare!

Wonderful place and awesome landlord!

This place is great, lots of space, quiet neighborhood. The best thing is the landlord, GB! He takes such good care of the property and is so responsive. When I first moved in I asked about getting some curtains and within a day, he was not only installing blackout curtains but also a film on the windows to make the room cooler and darker. Super convenient area, just a few turns from 59. Parking is in a driveway, there's a bed in the office as well for guests!
