Wonderful experience

Oh, what a joy it was to rent this living space. The area is clean, cozy and relaxing. Everything is as described. Roz and Bill were extremely friendly, helpful and super respectful. If you ever needed anything their response were prompt. Family owned so there is definitely a family vibe given always. Don't hesitate, just BOOK! You won't regret it.

Comfy and Cozy

I stayed in this cute little bungalow for a few weeks in the summer and just loved it! It is easy to get to and the location has many conveniences close by! It was decorated so cute, was comfy and the outdoor space was so nice to have, in the evenings. Trevor was so easy to work with and super responsive to any questions I had. I am in KC often and will definitely be staying here again!

What a gem!

I needed a place to stay for a new position in my career and had to be in the area for a month to complete training. I had never actually visited the Kansas City area before and was I impressed! The best part was by far my stay at this cute bungalow! It was exactly what I needed for the time I was there and Trevor couldnt have been more accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless and a great place to relax after a days work especially with the beautiful sitting area on the back deck in the summer! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Definitely will be booking again for our annual company meetings.

Cleanliness and Friendliness

We stayed at Trevors property for a month and it was beyond cozy! We have to make trips out to KC quite often, and we have found our go to place to stay. The host is so welcoming (compared to others Ive experienced) and responsive to any issues. I misplaced the WiFi password and received a response from the host almost immediately when requested. I cant say enough about this location, its nice to find a clean home away from home on business trips. Thank you!!

Filth

This house was filthy n move in day. I sent picture evidence but he dispute as just not up to my standards the bed bugs sailed in a few days later. The pest man didnt find any but did disclose to me that the previous renter had bites A recent dispute over the vents blowing cold air turned ugly. He sent an aggressive/threatening text and wanted to meet me in person. I said I would be too scared to do that. I filed a police report but it worries me he has access to this home. I asked him to pay for things I had to buy to clean, including anew mattress that was stained with who knows what, it had used dental pics and a retainer underneath it.Im here untill Jan 15. Wish me luck
