Comfy apartment

This space has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and is super cute. I loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings. I stayed here on a nurse travel contract. There is parking at the back of the property for your car and the front is completely fenced in. The neighbors are lovely and Daniel the landlord is fantastic! I highly recommend staying here, the place is safe, centrally located to almost everything in Albuquerque. Daniel is super quick to respond if you have questions or need help with anything.

Abstract apartment

I stayed at this property for approximately 6 months. The apartment was the perfect space for me and dog and if I extended my contract I wouldve extended my lease with no hesitation. I felt safe at the property as there are security cameras, sensor lights, and a lockable screen door. Also, the natural sunlight that enters the apartment from the bedroom and living room space was great! Having a patio with chairs to sit outside on nice days was a great addition as well. Mr. D was the best landlord ever! From our first conversation over the phone, he made me feel so comfortable and I could tell he wanted me to have a good experience. Speaking with him always felt personal and it never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. I knew hed be the perfect landlord for me since I was so far away from home. Hes very understanding and accommodating and is very responsive! Book this property for sure!

Comfy house with a great landlord

Well equipped and comfortable house. D was awesome and responsive every time I had a question or issue. Location is far enough away from central that it felt safe. Private parking in the back also helped.

Comfortable and secluded

I stayed here for a few months during my assignment at UNMH. It was perfect for me and my puppy. D was extremely helpful, professional, responsive and understanding. He was very helpful and worked with me with the move in fees. The best landlord ever!! I would definitely rent from D again if had the chance. As for the property, the bed is comfortable and big enough to fit 3 people. The room is cozy and comfortable to rest in. It has alot of natural light which I loved. My favorite part is the patio and the fact that it is all secluded is great! The backyard was perfect for my puppy and to sit and have coffee on the steps while he played. The neighbors are quiet so you wont hear a peep from them. Everything was perfect for what I needed.

Great Landlord, Great Property

This property is located in the middle of Albuquerque, everything we needed was within a twenty minute drive. D, the landlord, made our stay so easy, helping us with whatever we needed quickly. Heating and air worked great, hot water, quiet stay, all utilities up to date. In unit washer and dryer that works well. Furnished and had jump start items (soap, trash bags, paper towels, dishes, towels, coffee, etc.) upon arrival. The only problem we ever had was with the neighbors dogs on the very first day, they seemed aggressive. We called D as soon as the problem arose and he settled the situation quickly. We havent had problems since. Nice fenced in yard, really nice neighbors. Great private parking. D also has security cameras set up facing the cars which is a comforting thing to have in Albuquerque. Overall, great stay, felt safe and comfortable. Went out at night alone with no problems or concerns. Also has a nice rocking chair set on the front porch!

Absolutely fabulous!!

This property is absolutely fabulous. Its in a great location close to pretty much everything. The house is nice and clean and well kept. All the furnishings are nice and feel brand new. The landlord is awesome and easy going! I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Albuquerque again!

Home away from home

If you are reading this review, just go ahead and book this stay. I have nothing but great things to say about the apartment as well as the lovely owner D. The place was perfect for me and my cat. Comfortable, homey feel. Very close to UNMH. Quiet neighborhood. There are also cameras and motion sensor lights outside the house for an added sense of security. Parking behind the houseyou can literally see your car from the kitchen window. Convenient in unit laundry. It doesnt get much better than this. D was a super awesome host. He was always available to answer questions and he was professional and friendly! I would recommend this stay to my travel nurse friends. Thanks D!
