Suburban paradise
Michael + Pandy are great landlords, easy to communicate with, and overall amazing people. The apartment is a pocket of paradise with beautiful and quiet surroundings. You have a couple of options for grocery stores and a gym less than 10 minutes away. The space/location make it an easy choice. 10/10 recommend.

safe beautiful neighborhood
I loved living here while working in Seattle, the neighborhood is safe and lovely. Owners live upstairs and were incredibly helpful, accommodating and respectful of my privacy. Plenty of living space with a second bedroom for occasional guests. I was able to enjoy the backyard terrace while having coffee in the morning as well as daily walks in the area which according to my co-workers is a bonus. I have family in the Bothell area and really appreciated living so close to them and having them visit me. Excellent kitchen in spite of only what is called 3/4 kitchen. Smartly stocked with everything needed to prepare all of my meals, bedrooms stocked with nice sheets and very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again if on assignement in the area.

Wonderful Six Month Stay!!
P and M are wonderful hosts! If you are able to rent here you have really lucked out. The downstairs/floor level apartment has everything you could possibly need including all the extras (pots, pans, measuring cups, can opener etc!). Plus the bonus room is awesome for extra space for storage and office needs. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We took many long walks and enjoyed views of the mountains on clear days. Bothell is a great town, I commuted up to Everett for work and the drive was easy. A short drive to Seattle and a launchpad to all your other adventures in Washington, on your days off. We cannot recommend their home enough!

Super private & quiet MIL apartment
If you are looking for privacy in a safe and convenient location, this is it. This MIL apartment is on the entire lower level of the house which is self contained with separate entry. It is fully furnished, kitchen and bath fully equipped, with your own washer/dryer. The location is super convenient for commute to the Eastside and Seattle, etc. M and P are amazing and attentive. I would definitely consider staying here again!
