Good place, convenient location.
I rented this home for over a year and overall had a great experience. The home was comfortable, well-kept, and had everything I needed. Takes less than 5 minutes to get to the hospital. Being so close to the hospital made my commute super easy, which was a huge bonus. The neighborhood doesnt look like the greatest, but I never had any issues during my stay. I had packages delivered regularly with no problems, and I always felt safe. Preston, the landlord, was great to work with. He was always quick to respond if I needed anything and super flexible. I ended up extending my travel nurse contract multiple times and Preston had no issues with me staying as long as I needed. Overall, it was a reliable, convenient place to live, and Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a rental near the hospital.
