Great Place to Stay!

I stayed here for my travel assignment at Morton Plant Hospital and would recommend it to anyone! The owner took great care of this property, and would always check in with his tenants to make sure we were happy with our stay. If there was any problem that would arise, he would respond quickly and it would be resolved the next day. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and a gym. Clearwater Beach is a short 15-minute drive which is where I spent most of my days off. :)

Great little place to stay

I stayed at this property when I first arrived in Florida was very safe and comfortable. Is a small but cozy apartment was very neat and clean. Stores and restaurants are right around the corner. I would suggest going a couple miles up the road toward Clearwater, Rumba restaurant, very good place to eat, just sit outside or take a sweater as it is cold inside. There are multiple beaches to choose from depending on how far you want to drive most are within 20-30 minutes. Landlord was amazing and answered every question I had and if I needed anything done he was right there to complete it.

Perfect Stay!

I loved my stay at this property! The owner is very accommodating with an easy application process and quick approval! The location is the best with an easy drive to the beach with 2 right turns. There are a lot of stores and restaurants near the area. The place is quiet and cozy with everything you need. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Good place to stay

I stayed at L's property for my last assignment at MPH and I really enjoyed it. The place is well kept and the neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. The studio is little but at the end of the day is a studio and if you are going by yourself, The space should be enough. The property also has green areas. Also, L is very helpful when it comes to recommending places around the area and when it comes to communication. Truly recommend.

Clean and efficient property! Very close to the beaches! The owner L is kind, knowledgeable about the area and always available!!! Great stay and would recommend any fellow travel nurse to stay.
