Perfect stay, fantastic neighborhood

We had a great time here in McMinnville the last year. Vivian is a phenomenal landlord. I was able to extend my contact over the last year, and V made hour housing extensions effortless. Great communication, she was available for any issues that arose. We had very minimal issues that were addressed and fixed within a reasonable time frame. Great kid friendly area. The neighborhood is a quiet family setting, with a park within walking distance. I actually rode my bike to work a couple times. 10 minute drive to Willamatte Valley Medical Center. Lots of great family events. Great wineries. Good food. Close to the beach, close to Portland area. We wish we could stay longer! Overall this last year was amazing for our family of 5 ( 3 small kids and 2 dogs) with having such an awesome housing situation.
