This unit is a private basement apartment with a bedroom and separate living room and separate eat in kitchen The host lives in the upper unit. Utilities and Internet are included with this rental this rental will be fully furnished. The apartment has its own private entrance with access to my rear patio and front porch. The apartment has a locked entrance from the main foyer of the house as well as the exterior.

My apartment includes a generous living area, a large bedroom with queen bed, generous closet, dresser, and storage cabinet. It has a eat in.kitchen with a full laundry. My previous tenants have had extended stay. I thank you so much travel quite a bit and am often gone. I have the upper unit so it is very quiet. We have plenty of parking and a lovely yard and garden to enjoy.

Great Space, Amazing People
I spent 6 months in M's basement space and it was a great experience! The space offers everything you'd need with a sizeable amount room and is perfect for 1 person or a couple. I worked nights most of the time there and I never had a problem staying asleep. The general area is also nice if you like the outdoors and being away from the busy city. On top of all that M and her family are extremely friendly, inclusive, considerate, and prompt to address any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to ask to stay there again!
