Perfect size

My daughter rented this unit for 3 months this summer & it was the perfect size & had everything she needed. The landlord was very friendly & easy to communicate with, he responded immediately to any question or request she had during the stay. She felt secure with outside spotlights & alarms on the windows.

Great Stay

I recently stayed here for a month to finish a travel MRI assignment. Saw good reviews this place had and it lived up to its word. As my first experience using furnished finders, property was ideal for my night shifts. Place was clean, quiet, safe and in friendly neighborhood/environment. There was plenty of appliances, dish ware and other necessities available. It was easy to arrive and unpack my things and relax. I liked that my stuff was safe due to extra security available. The owner Gordon is good of character, fair and always helpful to any questions.He made things simple. Id recommend this place to any traveler needing long term place to stay in this area for day or night shift. I enjoyed it and wanted to put a good word out and Id definitely would stay again if I had another travel assignment in area.

Great Place!

This place is great! Gordon is easy to talk to and quick to respond to many issues. It had every thing I needed. Would definitely rent again. It is more suitable for day shift workers but manageable for night shift.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It is conveniently located close to scenic parks and not too far from Downtown and Manchester area. Was easy to reach the owner and he was quick to respond. Would gladly stay there again.

Richmond gem

This property was a perfect stand alone casita on the back of the property. It had all the basic necessities for cooking in the full kitchen with plenty of room for storage for larger appliances you may bring with you. I brought my insta pot pot and it fit perfectly in the cabinets. There is also a keurig furnished. There is not table but it does have 2 bar seats. The bathroom is large and accommodated my cats automatic litter box. There was not any storage in the bathroom for things like makeup and hair appliances, but the bedroom has a dresser with a larger mirror so I ended up doing my hair and makeup in the bedroom. The closet was large and spacious with plenty of storage for suitcases. There as storage room under the queen sized bed too. There is access to a patio and a BBQ. It was very close to Johnston-willis and Chippenham Hosptials and a short drive to some of the cute neighborhoods in Richmond.

FF Review

This cozy unit was perfect for my assignment (so much so that I stayed 6 months). Close proximity to hospitals and attractions. G was an outstanding host- always available when I had questions. He even let my dog out for me a few times when I was working late! Great experience. Would definitely recommend.
